Current Opening for Structural Engineer
Looking for that ideal position with interesting projects without the big city commute? Looking for opportunity to retire in a family oriented company? Shelmark Engineering, LLC. located in Dickinson is seeking to fill an immediate position for structural engineer to manage growing marketplace demands. Projects located primarily along the Texas Gulf Coast and involve industrial, marine, and commercial, multi-family and residential structures.
Position requires 10 years minimum structural experience with current professional engineering license to work in Texas. Also registration with Texas Department of Insurance for windstorm engineering and inspections required.
Design experience: utility shoring systems; coastal flood and wind loads; reinforced concrete, timber or steel structures; foundation for petrochemical tanks and metal building; and various retaining wall systems.
Additional certifications related to inspections and related training a plus.
