Shelmark Engineering understands that communication is instrumental in delivery of services and maintains accountability at all stages. of our projects. The success of any project depends upon meeting the client's defined goals and establishing a concise framework with which to proceed. Shelmark will aggressively manage schedule schedules, budgets and resources and will take a common sense approach to the organization, development and completion of a project to insure schedule compliance.
Upon receipt on an executed contract, Shelmark will launch a project with a pre-planning / kick off meeting. We bring the team together for input and strategy to insure the projected time line is manageable and realistic. A timeline with milestones is distributed to key team members, with bi-monthly project meetings to track progress and target deadlines.
The Client is provided with progress reports as milestones are met. Budget updates are presented at the project meetings to qualify that targets are achieved withing budgetary allowances. The Client is informed in writing if changes to time line or budge are requested. Projects are reviewed at our weekly Project Manager's Meeting to provide the consistency imperative to the proper coordination of a successful project.
